Psychotherapy

Mary Lee provides a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental space where clients can explore, find and be their authentic selves. Mary Lee draws on her ability to incorporate each client’s unique experiences, strengths, values and beliefs into a therapeutic approach that represents healing to the individual client. Her Eclectic approach, allows her to borrow a wider variety of tools from CBT, Humanistic, Solution-focused, ACT, and Strength-based therapy and go where her clients need her to go. She is enthusiastic about working with her clients to help them find healthier coping strategies, and self-care practices which lower stress levels, improve mental health and bring a more harmonious balance back into life.
